Do you think the Cheek to cheek tour will come to Oceania/Asia?

She told me personally that she's only doing 30ish shows and that it's going to be main cities and won't visit Asia

She's doing Asia/Oceana in August/September.

1-2 Shows at the Sydney Opera House

1-2 Shows in Tokyo

1-2 shows in New Zealand (Wellington I think)

Will be officially announced soon along with extra European dates

Clearly someone Googled "capital of New Zealand" when they made up that rumour because there's absolutely no way in hell that they would go to Wellington even if it was an extensive tour. And if the artRAVE didn't come to New Zealand then why would this...

That wouldn't even make any sense as I looked it up and it's on the 4th-7th of June and they have a London show on the 8th, I doubt Tony could manage that, plus you wrote August/September.

Nah, I think she'll do a couple in Australia. There are a few more dates to be added still. She said multiple times she'd bring the tour there.

If this tour is really going to be stretched out and there's a C2C Vol II in the works, I don't see why not. I could see her extending this into one big tour with the second volume being included, meaning she'll go back to certain territories.

My ideal dates?

Melbourne - Arts Centre Melbourne (2,677)

Melbourne - Arts Centre Melbourne (2,677)

Sydney - Sydney Opera House (2,679)

Sydney - Sydney Opera House (2,679)

Hong Kong - Hong Kong Academy For Performing Arts (1,181)

Singapore - The Star Performing Arts Centre (5,108)

Phillippines - Cultural Center Of The Phillippines (1,821)

Japan - Tokyo International Forum (5,012)

Japan - Tokyo International Forum (5,012)

Partly based on places Tony toured at on his own recently.

I am not sure Asia have big crowrds for Jazz except Japan.

But then Again Japan always appreciate music, all genres.

There are reasons why Japan is 2nd biggest market for music.

Each moments passed by, each day, each shows visiting the country always sold out, no matter who they are, known globally or not, and their local artists too can still filled up arenas and huge domes.

It is amazing to.think about it for a second.

Where did these people got their ¥¥¥¥ tbh!!!
