I think it's kinda obvious that the only reason they're suing that website is because they got that leaked image and released it. Similar happened when the Gagas Versace photoshoot leaked, the photographers were suing websites that were posting them.

The "before" image in the gif definitely appears to be doctored. The bulge shadow on his leg doesn't..make..any sense..
