Goosey 3,017
Because we feel safe enough without them. You can still get guns, but you'll need a license for it, can't use it and it must be a legal one. You can get a license by being member of a shooting club and knowing how to handle it. What country are you from anyways? can you get Type 97 there? "I am the world's greatest person that does not want to let people into the country."—US President Donald J. Princess Die 1,864
The Bronx? Is that the ghetto neighborhood that has shootings almost every day? If so, is it possible that people are using the death of two officers to validate the conservative's arguments that blacks are a bunch of raging beasts and the police are always right? Cuz that's happpening on other sites with this story. What country are you from anyways? can you get Type 97 there? I have those too. Nod if you wanna make love with the enemy. ❤
darkwolf 590
Percentage wise, US has some of the highest militart spending, highest crime rates, most shootings, most police shootings, most gun danger, most gun possession, most killed by police, best police defense (why does police need tanks in a small city like Ferguson, though , etc. Percentage-wise, the US is way worse off than any other developed country. In Germany, 2011, 6 were killed by police and 85 times the police in the whole country over the whole year used their gun. They have a 80 million population, only 4 times smaller. In Britain, 2013, 0 was killed and 3 people in total were shot by police over the whole year with a 60 million population, 5 times smaller than the US. In the US, the amount of 'justified police shootings', according to the FBI (doesn't include unjustified cases, lower number than reality) in 2013 was 409. That's a lot. "Even after adjusting for the smaller size of Britain’s population, British citizens are around 100 times less likely to be shot by a police officer than Americans. Between 2010 and 2014 the police force of one small American city, Albuquerque in New Mexico, shot and killed 23 civilians; seven times more than the number of Brits killed by all of England and Wales’s 43 forces during the same period." http://www.economist.com/blogs/democracyinamerica/2014/08/armed-police

Soft d--gs are legal, we have gay/trans rights, prostitution legal... It's very progressive here.

Well, I have no desire to do d--gs, prostitution or gay marriage so none of that concerns me. My hobby is knives and Dutch police won't let me walk around with my Recon 1, therefore I can't travel there. I can look at Holland's famous windmills on the side of my Delftware mug instead.
