You have to look at it from her perspective watching people make fun of her work but, his work is not bad compared to bart baker and barely political ... ryjapo 103 Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 I remember there was something about Lorde/her team doing something similar with the Bart Baker parody of Royals, but the parody was nothing but him making fun of Lorde and being mean for the sake of it, as all of his parodies are. So I kind of understood why they'd want it removed. However, I think Shane was pretty creative with his one - he made an entirely new story for the song (that didn't attack Taylor) yet it was also removed. If anything, it was promo for her.
