Luiz 4,253 Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 looks like the cops did the right thing. at first i thought the cop pulled out a gun but looked like he was pointing a tazer at the 16 year old. and the shots at the end look aimed at tires so..... yeah I disapprove of what you say, but will defend to the death your right to say it. She doesn't have to pay immediately. He asked her to sign the ticket, which she refused. If she signed the ticket, she had 30 days to pay the fine or go see the judge to contest the ticket. But she may have the welfare mentality that if she play with the system (in this case the police) by arguing with them or running away she may get it for free (like free from the ticket if she doesn't sign). It's just basic math and your willingness to use birth control, that's all it take. Each kid cost $500+/month so over $6K a year. If you have 3 kids, be ready to spend $18K per year on them. If you don't have any kid at all, you save over $18K/year, that's more than enough to pay for that $126 ticket so there's no need to run from the police.
