Lt. Stu Miller @KCSO_LtMiller Prelim investigation shows shooting was accidental. 1 female victim late 20's is deceased. Tragic incident... There's many reasons, she could have a stalker or of been raped before or something that has her living in fear which makes her have the need to want to be armed and protect herself. Tons of people carry guns on them, you can get a license for it. It's perfectly okay to do this, but you shouldn't have them anyway exposable to kids.
