CA. eggs will cost more?

Starting 2015, California egg farmers are require to give hens 70 percent more space to move, so that mean the farmers can stuff less hens into each cage and barn, thus they will produce less eggs per barn or have to incure more cost for bigger cages and barns. So will this increase the cost of eggs for CA consumers? I think so.

that's nice the chickens are going to have more space to move around in!! :wub::excited:

 

Then the hens will freely move around then after two short years they will go to the slaughter house to become Foster Farms chickens or your local KFC chickens. So don't get too excited about it! LOL  :haha:
