Yes, praise her! I feel like in our society women are can enjoy male artists and female artists, but men are only publicly allowed to like male artists. Any male who likes a female artist is automatically assumed to be the case, which is simply not true.

Gaga doesnt need to say this. If people are that insecure about listening to female artists, that's on them, but it's not the artist's obligation to say something like this. In fact, it comes off as desperate.

"No, y'all! Listen to me! You're not gay if you listen to me!" Who gives a ****?

I have to disagree with you here. I think it is the artist's job to destroy stereotypes surrounding the types of people who enjoy their media. When people say that you're "gay" for listening to some artist, it is harmful to the entire LGBTQ+ community.

There's always someone who'll find a way to try to bring them down when artists make good statements...

Don't do that. It's stupid. Leave her alone if you don't like her.

Lose control. Let go and fall. Do you get the satisfaction?

Right? It's a society of assumption and prejudice, it's really sad to witness. It takes ignorance to associate music with s-xuality.

This isn't about her. The statement she made is the incorrect way to address the situation in my opinion.
