People complain about getting burned at the stove when there are people who get third degree burns all over their body. People say they are hungry after skipping a meal when there are kids in Africa who haven't had a proper meal in days or weeks. People say they are cold when it's chilly when there are people freezing to death on the street. People say they are broke because they can't buy a new laptop when there are people living on the streets. Keep your insensitive comments to yourself. The kid had a learning disabilty. Someone is always going to have something to say whether it be online or in real life. This kid had learning difficulties. His parents should have warned him about the comments or just advised him to not take them seriously. Yeah those commentators shouldn't have said what they did but they have freedom of speech. You seem to have no clue as to how the human psychology works, so instead of posting stuff that is insulting to people who suffer from serious problems related to bullying on the internet, educate yourself before you judge. Your story does not change the fact that your post is still rude in many ways, but I can see where you come from. Your experience in life of course changes the way you look at cases like this. For you, someone who suffered in real life, it may seem like bullsh*t that this guy killed himself over negative comments on the internet. For him, though, those very comments on the internet, a place where he spent a great amount of time in his daily life, where a real threat to his well being. So, without wanting to degrade the things you had to experience in your life, which were clearly horrible (I can only try to comprehend how you must have felt as I never experienced something like this), I think it is important for you to know: No matter what you went through, it does not give you the right to judge how other people perceive things. Even if insulting comments on the internet may be trivial for you (someone who experienced a myriad of problems), they can be traumatizing to someone else. So, please don't take this as an insult, or think I am trying to brush off your bad experiences in life as something trivial, because they are clearly horrible things no one should go through. I am just trying to show you, that every person has different kinds of problems to fight with. And only the person who is facing a problem can decide how bad it is for them, not someone else, as no one can understand fully how someone else's mind works.
