The point is that Madonna has been a b---h and done some nasty things, and now she's getting it returned to her. The fact that she's a b*tch and is shady. Karma works in mysterious ways so maybe it was time to come for her, and it did in this way. You guys are overeacting and throwing the karma word just for the sake of doing it... Yes, Madonna is a shady b---h but I dont think that she is the mean-spirited person you make her out to be when dropping that word.
