This doesn't mean every state automatically has it, but that states where medical marijuana is already legal no longer have to worry about the feds screwing with their dispensaries! It brings almost to a close two decades of tension between the states and Washington over medical use of marijuana. Under the provision, states where medical pot is legal would no longer need to worry about federal d--g agents raiding retail operations. Agents would be prohibited from doing so. That will almost certainly never happen. I mean you can't consume alcohol in public eventhough it's legal, so not with MJ either. For instance, here in Colorado where weed is legal for those over 21 years of age, public consumption is still illegal and you can be cited. Have to do it in the privacy of your own home.
