It's a huge flop, thanks to the lack of promo and lack of interest from/in Gaga. That's your opinion. It has no more or less validity than mine. Some of the "fans" in this thread are a disgrace For Gaga to even make the Top 10 when there was close to no promo at all is pretty good. And the fragrance is amazing I constantly am complimented on it I am assuming Gaga put the US release date in January so that she could do proper promo for the big release Some people in this thread tho' I can't get over it Treacherous snakes. I'd forgotting why I stopped coming here. And the perfume was released 4 monthd ago, so the 'little time out' argument isn't true. Most perfume sales are in November and December anyways. The only reason is that nobody, even Bobby amd Gaga, cared about this perfume. These sales are tragic whatever way you look at it, but we can pass this off as if it never happened. Where is this sold in Mainland Europe, though? Couldn't even find it in the centre of Paris any place in Rotterdam perhaps? Is it even released in the Netherlands? I agree. Nobody cares about this perfume. It was thrown out there with a trailer that didn't really work and looked like it was just a BTS video for the promo shoot. Edit: and it doesn't even smell that good. Not surprising for a fragrance that had virtually no promotion, anticipation or presence outside the core fan base. Also not surprising as it is not being displayed in shops. I had to specifically ask for it in a shop and they got it from under the counter - they weren't even sure what I was asking for at first. And the critical thing is ... it doesn't really smell very good and isn't very lasting. Whenever I have worn it, the only comments I get are "What's that smell of soap?" It smells just like Imperial Leather Cream Soap bars. Anyways, I doubt Gaga cares. If she did she would have been blasting about it alongside Cheek to Cheek. She probably realises it is an inferior product. I wonder if there is any weight or truth to the suggestion that releasing it was a contractual obligation?
