Instead we got singing on top of Bennett and then an overly kawaii "It's snowing!!1". So. I concur. The style in which she sang was... not appropriate for the song, imo. Her phrasing also seemed awkward. It's okay to use different phrasing from Tony (who I think did a better, more traditional job of it), but the two styles should perhaps complement each other. She was alone in the studio, and we know that her duets with Tony are always recorded with the 2 of them in the room.
