Two of my friends have seen him live and they said he sounded terrible. He has a decent voice in my opinion but I think people are overrating him and I think Gaga can work with more better creative people with amazing voices like bruno mars and yes bruno is creative.

Respectfully disagree- have seen him live as well and was incredibly impressed- sounds even better than the album, which is a fantastic album. For someone to work with? Yeah I agree there are better people, more compatible with Gaga to work with.. my point is- this is a thread about Bruno Mars- no need to throw Sam Smith into it.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was jazz. He has does jazz

Sting and Al Green are the musicians being honored by the Kennedy Center tonight, the performances will be honoring their work. So, probably not jazz.

...Sting broke out in 1978 with his band The Police with such hits as "Roxanne" and later "Every Breath You Take" before starting his solo career. He has been performing for four decades and has won 16 Grammy Awards.

Many young musicians admire his work and came to sing his tunes in his honor.

Lady Gaga sang "If I Ever Lose My Faith in You," Esperanza Spalding sang "Fragile" and Bruno Mars sang a medley of "So Lonely," ''Roxanne" and "Message in a Bottle."...

The night’s grand finale was reserved for Sting, the multiple-Grammy-winning pop star and newly arrived Broadway composer. Longtime fan Meryl Streep gave the formal introduction and four musical numbers celebrated the breadth of his music. A sparkling Lady Gaga played piano on the uptempo “If I Ever Lose My Faith in You,†and Esperanza Spalding and 2013 honoree Herbie Hancock turned in a jazzy duet of “Fragile.†Bruce Springsteen contributed an emotional “I Hung My Head,â€

My heart can't take this, this has been one of my biggest wishes. 6 years of being a Gaga fan and 4 years of being a Bruno fan, then finally seeing this is f*cking beautiful :flutter:
