That certainly puts pressure on stocks as fixed income becomes more attractive with greater returns

Chuckles 2,549
Mexico has had a terrible week regarding gasoline. Note: we import most of our gasoline because we don't have the infrastructure, the gasoline is thus distributed through ducts across the county. At the beginning of the week, government claimed that they were closing some ducts to avoid the "constant robbery of gasoline" which everyone thought was a good idea against that crime. That decision brought shortages mostly to central Mexico. However, by the end of the week it was confirmed by the WSJ that the imports were reduced almost by a third which means there is a REAL SHORTAGE OF GASOLINE compated to the average consumption This new president and government are not doing things right as they claim to be doing, it's a mess. https://www.wsj.com/articles/mexico-reduces-u-s-gasoline-imports-11547249440

Our reserves are the 3rd highest in the world but yeah we sell our oil at a discount because environmental protesters successfully have blocked every pipeline and we are forced to sell to only one region in the US so we have to take what we are offered
Economy 52,844
@Woolfsmck power outage in Venezuela has cut their oil production in half... If it doesn't get back up and running soon prices could surge!
