They should sue BC also. The Federal Government approved the Northern Gateway pipeline and British Columbia decided to screw over the rest of Canada by denying construction permits for it. They are treehuggers over there so i aint surprised So now that plan B failed, hopefully plan C (energy east), plan D (transmountain pipeline) or plan E (Natural Gas Line 9 reversal) I hope Energy East gets approved cause its the biggest (bigger than Keystone) and will help stimulate Eastern Canada + we can consume our own oil rather than buy it all I dont care which pipeline gets approved. We just need to diversify customers to get more pricing power. Selling oil sands oil for $19/barrel is killing us Were the higest cost producers in the world and we literally have the worst price benchmark at the same time. Plus, there is no way they are gonna keep the price below world market levels if the price spikes back up. They have a poor policy management system in their country imo. like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. Well ups and downs are normal. Oil kept dropping, days where it rises are normal. There doesnt always have to be a reason But speculation that the ECB may increase stimulus was no doubt a major influence

Hard to say, short term price fluxuations are often investor driven... Long term price trends are the result of much larger factors, mainly supply and demand. Political tensions, war and conflict in oil producing regions to name one major influence. like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. Japan as it is now may be a glimpse of our future to come because our deteriorating demographics globally will one day be as bad as Japans (peak population estimated by 2050) Our economic system is designed to constantly expand. Businesses borrow money to expand and meet rising demand. Investment creates jobs and it keeos financial sector which lands cash alive Also economic growth is whats allowed us to live betind our means for past 100 years. Government can overspend on programs every year because economic growth can keep debt relative to size of economy stable Japan no longer expands as its population shrinks. Demand falls so they get little investment. Financial sectoe gets low profit. Falling demand means deflation and money hoarding and no capital is allocated well, even productivity stalls. Additionally Japan cannot outgrkw their massive debt load because they are always entering recession regularly as they shrink and then if they are lucky they grow 1% before next recession Its proves our economic system requires constant growth like a ponzy scheme to he heakthy. Once growth ends, the economy turns rotten Europe has some oretty bad demographics too (not as bad as Japans yet) and they are doing awful If this root cause really is the big problem, our global economy will never fully recover. In fact long term it will slowly die like Japan if our economic model does not change
