Face masks have nothing to do with lip injections. To answer your question: IMO, Gaga can do whatever she wants to with her body. It belongs to her and no one else. Make-up can totally change a person's appearance and features. My guess is what we are seeing in these last two photos is the result of applying make-up. Not sure why you're getting so heated here. She used the mask for a facial, but it also helps to hide the swelling that injections give you over the first day or two until they heal.
