Yeah, "lame duck" is a stupid concept. All it means is that, due to term limits, he can't be reelected.

 

Its not about the reelection. It is about the situation when the Senate and the House of Representatives is controlled by a political party which is opposed to the president. Like now Obama is a democrat, but the majority in Senate and the House of Representatives is republican. 

 

On the article though, I suggest they stop using the term of "cold war". They used to call it "cold war" because there was constantly unexpressed military tension between the Soviet Union and Europe + USA. It would be so stupid of the politicians come to it again, I mean we've seen it and we've learned the lesson that there is nothing good about countries always preparing military to destroy each other. Instead, the era of peace is something people should be aiming for  :heart:

She is the kind of leader we need in the West... The article isn't lying when they say that Cameron is beleaguered at home, Hollande is the weakest French president in history and Obama is a lame duck.
