I really fear she's unhealthy. And that's not regarding her weight.Because of her outfits or her facial expressions? Because I literally asked her and she stood up and gave us a slow twirl so we could see it all, the back was similar. The left boot had eyes on the platform., and they were thigh high, and tied at the back. Photos just don't do it justice, at all! i am sure she said it was a designer who has done several pieces before, i think she said he was from NYC but i am still trying to place the name, its driving me mad, but it was not one i had heard of, but I am not the biggest fashion follower.
