Did Tony & Gaga actually perform tonight?  If so - about what time did they actually go on?

 

Don't know if most of you are aware but there are massive protests going on all over NYC tonight - in fact right around where the show was broadcast from.  Have to admit that I was almost hoping that Gaga would take a stand and refuse to perform in protest for the outrageous injustice that has happened today.  It would have been very Gaga - but I'm sure it was more important that she fulfill her contract to perform.

It was pre-taped Monday for today. The verdict in the Garner case was only announced today and plus it was on a rooftop so there was no way that the Gaga performances would've been interrupted.

 

One performance was in the 7PM hour, one in the 8th. Which is why I'm guessing that not many saw the first one?

The 7pm hour was only broadcast in certain cities.  Here in Atlanta they showed the news and Jeopardy instead :snowmess:
