Most people like to refer to it as conservative. ;)

 

They are more conservative on social issues, such as: immigration, gun control, healthcare, gay rights, women's rights, etc.

The media and most of the entertainment industry (film, tv, theatre, music) would lean more towards the democratic Party.

The Republican Party has more white Protestants and Evangelicals. The Democratic Party will have more college age and young adults, minorities and women.

what exactly does that mean? im from au, we have labour and liberal, liberal is more traditional values and **** and labour is more for the working class and equality.. is it kinda like that?
