I posted those links to you, so you could see that salafis I'm talking about, do exist in Germany. It would be propaganda if those links were presented as news, or if they're posted to convert you or something. But they're not. I know the jihadis like to call themselves salafis as well, but if you look at the origin of the word, they're not. You need to study deeper these divisions, groups, sects and their history to understand more. But I tried to explain as simple as I could.
