me and my friend were the only people camping outside the hotel. We were there for three days straight and during that time she came out once (and did not see us). I'm more disappointed in how we were treated by other fans than Gaga but I have noticed the lack of fan interaction and i do honestly think it's because she does not like the way things are with the fans at London.

Sometimes she's more on a hurry than other times. She has a very concrete schedule; sometimes she stops for fans, others just for the cameras and others she can't just stay and leaves through the back door. Anyways, you said it. She's not obliged to do it. Would you always stop even if it was only 3 minutes, after 6 whole years? You just can't.

She's always been very kind to the fans and she knows we are her main support, she thanks us like at every concert. I don't think we can complain at all.

It's all about timing and endurance people! She doesn't make a grand entrance or exit every day. Girl is busy! She not only wants to see her fans, but also her friends that live in London and had a lot of business to take care of as well.

 

My friends that went to Londen saw her multiple times at the hotel and got selfies twice, so I don't really understand what I read here.

 

In Amsterdam we waited for 3 days till she came, but security were very honest to us when we asked if she was coming out. 

We felt a bit ignored at the time since she usually goes out into the city when she's here. And she didn't even mention the fact she was in Amsterdam online anywhere. She did mention her show in Antwerp and tweeted up a storm about Cheek to cheek, but not a single word about the city she loves so much. Then she announced the C2C promo project and we were like: WTF? You ignore us here outside, but now we have to do even more promo for C2C? Looking back I get it, she was busy getting C2C to number one. Why would she go out of the hotel, say Hi to us, and go back in? We just had to wait for her departure.

 

She did however 'make up' for everything when she left the hotel. She announced her departure very early on instagram, giving fans that had gone home or had to work a chance to come down to the hotel in time. When Gaga came down the stairs she really took her time for the crowd:

I don't feel anything has changed really. I just know the chance of meeting her in cities like London or Paris is really slim, since the fanbase is really strong there and a lot of monsters travel to those shows, so it's extra hectic. Plus-side is she usually goes out more to visit people she knows in those cities.

Oh, that's awful    If that's part of the reason, I completely understand why she'd want to avoid being a part of that kind of situation, but it sucks that they're ruining it for the nice bunch of fans who just want to meet her.

But I have to agree with you that on the video you posted and also other videos I noticed that when she meets the same person over and over again, she smiles and is nice to them and when she turns around to the other fans she mutes again and doesn't smile at all... that's not cool, it's not the fault of 90% of the monsters that they don't have the time and money to travel the world and stalk her

She never came out in Sydney other than when she arrived and left which I missed. I went there two days in a row, yes she was apparently sick but still upsetting. Also about 20-30 people waited out the back of the arena after the show and a man came out and told us to get in a line and to not bombard her when she gets out to sign things, but the cars came out and slowed down but drove right past us. She could have just opened the window and waved at least you know? It's really not hard to do at all, I'm sure she could've managed to press a button to wind down the window. We were all exhausted and I could hardly walk after the show and we had to wait for hours while she did the meet and greets. I understand how she might feel towards the fans cos many of you guys on here are horrible about everything she does from outfits to music, which is unfair to the loyal fans who wait for hours, or travel just to see her. Not mad at her,just upset that I travelled overseas and all I saw was the show, which was shortened, and then that's it for at least another two years. She probably doesn't see it as a big deal or even remember that there are people waiting outside for her while she's chilling in her penthouse suite. Can't hear the singing from 30 floors above the ground.

this is all true :( but i think it's important to remember that this is her life every single day. a wave isn't difficult, but she has to sleep and things too. I agree with everything you've said, but its important to remember that we are not entitled to anything; we are lucky
