I wonder what he meant by "a [record label] system there by the time her deal's up that looks more attractive." What could change by then? I believe he just probably meant that once the current deal's up, there will be offers that would be more attractive in the sense of being more rewarding for them. I'm more than sure he's not going to be the MAIN producer on her next album (or is it more correct to say that I HOPE so?! RedOne keeps doong the same thing 6 years later, Garibay has amazing tracks but I feel like he is a hit or a miss. There's no middle point with him. That being said, I hope she brings new things on the table, I am hoping for new producers to get a new sound. Leave Zedd at home, and she could also work with Madeon again cuz ypu know he did the hit-that-could-be on ARTPOP.DJWS is an amazing producer imo. He is the most versatile that has worked with Gaga.
