She has been recording since 2014. Full 2015 with RedOne. Nile Roders confirmed he was done with working on her next record last Spring. Moroder was in talk last Summer (probably done). Diane also confirmed she worked in studio until Janurary. And we know that Gaga mixed (which mean final songs) Mark Ronson's work is starting this month, but let's not pretend she has nothing done.
