It's not. So is this week 4 or 5 for C2C? Does this mean it only stayed in the top 10 for 3 weeks, not 4 as was celebrated? HDD etc shouldn't be posting anything if they don't know facts. Would Shake it off sales still count if someone pre-ordered the album, similar to how the UK does it? If I remember right only the first song released through the pre-order counts as a sale for the charts in the UK. I was talking about the US. The UK situation is quite blurry for now, because Welcome to New York is #34 in the UK midweeks and it's a pre-order track. They should honour all pre-orders if people download the track - and not make the track auto-download. For example, I would've downloaded DWUW if I'd pre-ordered ARTPOP, but if the 2nd single had been Jewels & Drugs and I'd pre-ordered ARTPOP, I wouldn't have downloaded it. But if you mean if there's people who pre-ordered the album THIS week, and whether it counted for its sales, then no. Kworb predicted 206k, but it ended up with 170k, which is the 30k new pre-orders this week.
