The latest I can find for ARTPOP is from IFPI which had it at 2.3 million WW at the end of 2013 (even though I think that might be shipments and not sales). And I can't find anything about BTW sales apart from some random newspapers that had it at 6 million by September 2012, but it's been 3 years since then. I also found a blog claiming it had sold 10 million WW but I highly doubt that. We'd have heard about it if it had reached the 10M mark.
