The 2 others you mentioned either pay their writers, managers and producers to do all the work and just sing over the melody, or just steal the writing and production credits. In short, Gaga is hyping the work SHE'S doing, while Beyonce and Taylor had nothing to hype because they did nothing other than spreading their legs to Harry Styles and Jay Z. Cheers.
