Now that Gaga has another #1 album...

Do you think that people are still interested in her, but she just needs to promote her work more (just like she used to)?

This is a great start! It goes to show that if she promotes her work everybody will pay attention to what she has to say.

I am so glad she got this number one because I feel like she needed it. It's not about the bling, it's about people wanting to hear about what you create and that must be the greatest feeling ever

exactly

this will give her something that she has lost

"motivation" and probably some ambition

My Favs = Lady Gaga, Janet Jackson, Ricky Martin, AKB48

Cheek to Cheek certainly got her a lot of new fans, broadening her fanbase. I'm guessing that is one of the main reasons why C2C was able to debut at #1. Most of these new fans will probably go again as soon as she release a pop record though.

But yes, I certainly do hope she's getting the message: promo, promo, promo.

for an artist being #1 is the ultimate recognition so yeah i hope it gives her the little push she needs to keep being positive for her future work

Well, ARTPOP was #1 as well and look how the era turned out to be due to bad management. What I'm trying to say is that she's still a huge relevant artist ;) Hopefully C2C will stay #1 for sometime.

I think that there will be always interest on her from public.
Hope that this #1 will give her more sprint to comeback with Pop music with something really memorable like she used to do  :ghostlegend:
For sure they're not gonna wrong never again with the promotion

Cheek to Cheek delivered more than it promised. ARTPOP promised more than it delivered.

That's the solution to her whole career right there.

HONESTLY, the ARTPOP promo was great. Let's not act as if Gaga wasn't everywhere some weeks, at least from August 2013 till December 2013. I mean she had the youtube music awards (which sent a email to like tons of people to watch her performance which ended up making Dope a top 10 single), SNL on the ARTPOP release week, The Voice with Xtina, loads of Radio appearances, some ITunes promo, the ITunes festival which ITunes had links t watch her performance all of September if I remember well and loads of radio promo, some Promo in Japan and more. Also the ARTPOP cover revelation in times square and the clearchannel deal all over the world.

The promo simply wasn't effective, why? idk, the GP just didn't like AP, but she was everywhere. I do agree that she lacked Australian and European promo, but I don't get why people say Gaga didn't promote enough. I don't think the promo was the problem, i think the problem was simply the music
