Allison M 357
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Rebecca-F/115988242124 :haha: She's trying to get media attention. She's posting, "This is the face of the girl LADY GAGA is suing and she lives in Chicago" She's using Gaga's name for attention and promotion. "LOOK AT ME, FAMOUS SINGER LADY GAGA IS SUING LITTLE, UNKNOWN MUSICIAN" Makes me so mad.
Dunk96 2,526
I am glad that Gaga is suing her. People have commonly taken lately to suing high profile artists to get attention. The Bellamy Brothers admitted this after they sued Britney for having a song with no similarities but a similar title. It is free publicity. Artists making legal threats should ultimately pay a consequence. Otherwise, it encourages this behavior. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Rebecca-F/115988242124 :haha: The comments defending her are even funnier. Her page only has 250 likes and Gaga's has like billions. She needs to find some chill.

SummerGirl21 787
From a musical standpoint, the songs are not even remotely similar. I love how she tries to shove music theory in our faces but incorrectly does so, anyway. how do i listen to her song? i don't see it on her blog post

Jeff Kunst 0
As for "why sue her back?", the alternative is implicitly to invite any writer with vaguely similar songs or personal connections to waste Gaga's time and energy with frivolous lawsuits. Jeff Kunst 0
I mean obviously we're biased because we're all gaga fans but I mean it is a huge coincidence that her boyfriend knows DJ White Shadow I mean what are the chances of that... even tho we all know RedOne produced the tune. Maybe that's how she first got the idea that her silly claim could hold up in court, making it no coincidence at all.

Yes. Girl is a loser. People who launch frivolous lawsuits - and patent and copyright trolls - deserve to pay. They make creators pay huge legal bills to defend themselves, hoping they'll just settle to avoid legal costs.
