I am in renewable energy right now. It's the way forward. Unfortunately, no matter how much money you throw at people - they still are stupid and won't get any renewables lmao

Gov. Tax credits are 6x for oil over wind and solar right now too... Ahem mr Obama .... 8-/

$6 trillion is a vague number. Over how long a period of time? That makes a big difference. I hate it when they dont say the time frame: annual? decade? longer? Like come on!!!!

I agree with the idea tho. Good luck getting dysfuctional Congress to agree on how to go about any of that tho :coffee:

Here in Canada infrastructure is purely Provincial affairs unless its a road or train track that crosses multiple Provinces so our Government never even brings it up :awkney:

well the private sector runs much of this stuff so what do u expect? That they will do things at a loss?

Renewable is still more expensive and unreliable than fossil fuels and so unless u find ways to make it more economical obviously ppl will resist it. Unless u dont mind ur hydro bills shooting up :coffee:
