The in sales are actual sales that have been happening since C2C DEBUTED OR ANY OTHER ALBUM FOR THAT sake! Billboard now tracks Streams and Song downloads and uses their formula to formulate POPULARITY of albums for positions and those are units not sales. In sales include downloads. Billboard 200 chart now has a messy system that contributes streams towards album 'sales'. So albums that have hit singles but don't sell copies now can chart higher, while albums like C2C that don't get streamed much will likely suffer.
