And I want a true promo please. Not an ARTPOP mess… At least 4 singles (+6 would be perfect), a video for each singles and a song with whistles (like I Wanna Go, Don't Cry, Move Like Jagger, Walk Of Shame, Crazy Kids…)

YES! If she was secretive, Gaga would gain that mysteriousness she had when she first stepped on the scene, and everyone wanted to know more. Make the world THIRST for your new music, Gaga!

A well written organic not electronic pop album that showcases vocal and piano and crosses top 40 and adult contemporary boundaries would probably be the perfect thing for her next.

If she's writing a pop record with more of a rock influence, I wonder if she's going for the early Gaga 'Rock Show / Sexy Ugly' type sound. :excited2:

Rolodex of Hate

So, after Born This Way, Gaga was originally going to make a deep, dark album focusing on the decay of the blonde pop icon. Themes would be:

- White roses/rose thorns

- Princess Di(e)

- Hooker on a Church Corner???

- Private in Public???

Anyway, it was going to be this really deep concept. We can now speculate that this concept was pulled by her record label because they didn't think she was ready to explore the personal 'decay' theme as of that time.

Could her next album (ie. after C2C) be about the decay? Reasons why:

- She says she can 'write another The Fame Monster'. The Fame Monster was a dark album, with simplistic gothic photoshoots and artwork. Could Princess Die and the decay make a reappearance? The decay was obviously her original concept which was scrapped - now that she will be under no pressure of what to write, will she write about the decay???

- She's under new management who seem to be more flexible in what they allow her to do.

- She's experienced first-hand the abuse thrown at the (sometimes blonde) pop icon that she often is. Could this influence her writing?

- She's recently said that she was planning to release some of her old work. Perhaps we'll see some more dark material such as Princess Die

Please discuss below :hehe:  I personally would love a return of a more dark, sophisticated and deep album. :excited:   Let me know what you think

This was only a rumor.

I don't like themes that much, I feel like it weighs things down. It's only good for smaller albums like TFM where it can actually apply to all the songs and come together. Just like ARTPOP is supposed to revolve around a central theme but a lot of the songs clearly have nothing to do with art/pop.

Maybe not an entire album but for sure there will be songs that talk about it, we'll see.

It would be interesting.

(She already kind of did with the concept of the fame, especially with Paparazzi).

That would be good for a 10 song album, but that rumor has been going on forever. I think she needs to go off of that and do something different. Dark themes? Yes, please. Decay? No.
