Economy 52,890 Posted September 7, 2014 Share Posted September 7, 2014 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/economics/11078885/China-overtakes-US-to-be-biggest-economy-by-2024.html With Chinas industrial development at close to its limits and growth in industrial out-put beggining to stagnate, The Chineese Government decided a few years ago that the econoy had matured enough to rotate to domestic growth as the main source of economy growth Gradual hikes in minimum wages, low unemployment, rising purchasing power and a growing middle class is set to make China the worlds biggest consumer by 2024 (in 10 years) surpassing even the US Chinas consumer spending is set to grow 7.7% next year alone! Industrial output... And now the peoples pirchasing power is gradually rising They will be the US in terms of being a massive consumer.
