I bet if you hear it in full it will be crap hence why Gaga never used it. If no one cared about OOC it would have leaked by now. Lungs, normally I can see where you are coming from, but in this case I might gently suggest you are mistaken. At least wait on judgement until you hear it for yourself in full. The chords and general synth mood that emanate from Out Of Control are catchy. The chorus is catchy. The innuendoes are playful and catchy. One of her catchiest demos, ever, in my opinion. The problem is, so many people like it, that it has created a reverse effect, the demand is so high it's difficult to get. But I can say safely that this is one of the ones that won't disappoint.
