Joey1 0 Posted September 4, 2014 Share Posted September 4, 2014 I think so.  I know they're relationship was a little off/odd because of the whole kelly situation, but after that Joan went to Joanne's Restaurant, and posed with Gaga backstage at Jimmy Fallon. She also said on a recent fashion police she really does like gaga and she is her friend (even though she named her worst dressed but who cares about clothes).  I only mention it because I feel like it's a respect thing.
