The screen isn't going anywhere (and it's quite useful actually :emma:)

If you want the Task Manager closer you can:

a) pin it in the Start menu
b) pin it in taskbar
c) right click Start button and click Task Manager
d) right click taskbar and click Task Manager

Those all work in both 8 and 10

I usually use the task manager when a program is crashing in order to close its process and when I can't alt+tab. This screen makes the solution of my problem 10x slower.

I don't really understand this screen btw. This screen is related to the windows account/session. The task manager just don't fit with the other things on this screen (log out, user changing, ...)

Well if you aren't happy with the screen, become a Windows Insider and submit feedback on it, and if people agree, you might see a change

I hesitated to become a Windows Insider but with all my exams I would have the time to explore every features

Should I update my windows 7 into windows 10 for free?

If you like the new features I say go right ahead. I'm using the Preview right now and it works perfect and it's really fast.

If you haven't seen a video you should watch this one.

Can't wait for the 29th to get the final version!

ill def egt this

i have to update everything right?

Did you reserve your upgrade from the little Windows icon on the taskbar? It's already pre-downloading on most devices so as soon as they allow it to install the upgrade you should get a notification to install.

Yea, if you want to get the upgrade by tomorrow. Just click the button (the windows logo on your taskbar), enter your email and you should be all set.

And it works perfect. I helped them test it with this Windows Insider program they had and I got it early and it works perfect. Everything runs so smooth. Much better than Windows 8

I am going to give it a try but I am a bit nervous. I have never made such a big update all by myself. I hope there isn't a way for me to mess something up or delete some important stuff by accident. :ohno:

No need to worry, they do everything automatically for you. All you have to do is click a button when they ask you and that's it.

Oh and upgrading will not delete any personal files you have on your PC. Even most of your programs will stay installed. But if you have super important files you should still back them up just in case anything bad happens (most likely nothing bad will happen but it's better to be safe.)

Yea it comes out tomorrow. If you don't get it right away it's because they are rolling it out in waves so you should get it sometime during the day.

And yea, what are the questions?
