I know ARTPOP is a polarizing album for a huge part of the fanbase, spreading between pure apathy, absolute disgust, supreme annoyance, to borderline worship and devotion, but this is just. I know it was said in the heat of a moment in the concert, but come on. She can't be that delusional that ARTPOP wasn't what most people wanted. So it seems like she has convinced herself that she can push away people who have legit concerns about it, and you would think that it would be obvious to not call out your fans who didn't like your current work, but still love you enough to come see you live. She said that during TBTWB, and as far as I know, something very similar in TMBT as well. I don't recall anything about that from either shows, but she may have said it about the message of BtW, lol. I felt it worthy of discussion for those who did go, and still dislike the ARTPOP album. People bought tickets and supported her, and she wants to insult them because she is... bitter?
