What about RAM and stuff? Note 4 has 3GB and Iphone 6plus just 1GB

SD cards are extremely slow compared to on board flash storage.

 

RAM management in Android is completely different than iOS. 

 

1GB of RAM on Android 4.2> is too little, but in iOS it's sufficient.

Apple charged me for mine yesterday, and apparently they only charge when the phone is about to be shipped.

I have this awful feeling it will come a day early - when I won't be in to collect it.

Apple put a block on my money Friday, but it was actually charged yesterday.

 

I know I'm not likely to get it Thursday - I'm actually hoping I get it Friday.

So now that my contract expires next March should I got for it, or should I stick with my flawless iPhone 5 til the 6s/7 as planned?

Not impressed with the hardware specs, software is nice but I get the same thing on my iPhone 5 anyways so I'll wait for a better Canon-like sensor with a Nikkor-like lens for the camera and more RAM even though iOS needs very little

Apple's idevices OS is made to seamlessly integrate with the hardware (something samsung cannot do as they do not make the software they just make their phone comparable with it) meaning 1GB of RAM in an iPhone is the same speed if not faster than an android device boasting 4 or 5GB of RAM.
