100 million is just some silly number a few "fans" set up in their minds as the definition of successful. That doesn't make it so.

 

I enjoyed the concert immensely and so did everyone I know who attended. Most of the shows are sold out, or close to it, and the majority of the reviews have overwhelmingly been positive. Now, Gaga is getting to take the tour to the fans in other parts of the world! Most importantly, she is extremely happy and is healthy!

The question is: does it matter?

Why would I care how much a tour grosses? Yes, I'm happy and proud if she does, but why would anyone be sad or even dissappointed? The artRAVE is such an amazing show. I don't understand the need of some people to always brag about their faves gross, sales,... Just enjoy what you see and experience. Also, less dates=less gross

That would be upsetting. That's less than half of Monster Ball made. They're not gonna give her more money and promo if she's not pulling in the money. Born this Way had so much promo because Fame Monster pulled in the dough. Things aren't gonna get bigger and better with numbers like that and people are delusional who say it doesn't matter. You like epic global tours? Crazy TV perfomances? Expensive music videos? Well if numbers keep going down you're gonna end up with cheap videos and promo like Closer to the Truth or MDNA.

TMB was 200 shows

Gaga still makes tons more money than the majority of artists who still make great videos and TV performances. Spending tons of money doesn't equate to quality, quite often it's the opposite.
