Whispering 18,865
Well screw me for worrying about Gaga getting backlash. <Still didn't answer, if you didn't care like you said, why are you still arguing about it with two users?> Yet, I never dragged her for doing it, but I was worried that she COULD'VE been dragged for it. You made all out said that I hated her for doing it, that she was an evil woman. Which, keep in mind, that was posted as soon as this thread was created and anything could have happened at that point. Was I wrong, that she didn't get backlashed (excusing the few trolls that would troll her no matter what)? Yes. Am I angry that I was wrong? Not at all. But, hey, f*ck me for worrying about her. The only backlash she would get would be from Perez, Cheng and those losers at ATRL. Really...they aren't worth the worry! Whispering 18,865
prob been down for months, nobody would notice. Nope, you're wrong. The site has been up and running. Gaga's tweet sent so many people to the site at one time, it temporarily shut down for a few minutes. All is back on track now!

I was kinda being sarcastic though...Gaga wouldnt be stupid enough to do that... As far as backlash, Im not worried about backlash. Its not a tacky thing to plug a charity...if she was plugging ARTPOP hell yeah but shes not, she plugged a charity that deals with suicide so I dont get backlash... somechick 1
I never said it wasn't appropriate. It was the obligatory post that everyone made after Robin Williams died. My point is, she doesnt mention it unless a tragedy happens. Its not as if every single celebrity didnt talk about this... Gaga is no different. The intentions were good, the results are good...but it just seems a bit obligatory. Is that why at all the US artraves there has been a bus (not THAT bus) but a smaller one there with the BTWF drawing on it? Is that why at every show they have had people going around and talking about BTWF, handing out postcards and spreading the word? Is that why there's a BTWF t-shirt for sale at the show? I even bought one - it's cute. She does mention/promote the foundation, just because you may not personally see it, doesn't mean it doesn't happen. At least she is trying to make a difference. Plus I'll bet if she did promote it all the time you'd probably be saying she should stop talking about it because she mentions it too often.
