I dont get the future song part

she said she was going to sing a preview of a song from the future after gypsy (so she shortened gypsy) but she ended up not performing it and just ending the concert like she usually would.

According to WhiteStripes who went to the artRAVE at Seattle, Gaga said that she'll shorten Gypsy in order to sing a preview of a 'Future Song' but she ended up not singing it (Maybe she forgot)

 

 

"She also sang only half of Gypsy because she wanted to sing a preview of a song from the future (I don't believe it was from C2C, she said it was a "preview of our future") but never got around to it."

 

 

If anyone was there in the show, can you confirm this as well?

She was talking about the tour last night being her last American tour and then proceeded to say she would see us with Tony for C2C and then said she wasn't sure what exactly was going to happen after the Tony tour but said she was going to sing a preview of a song from the future.

Her management must have dissuaded her from hyping her next project once her adrenaline went down. They know how fans use that against her later.
