She's addressing plastic surgery, which is a serious issue applicable to all races. The specific example here does have racial overtones, but she's speaking about the issue of surgery in general which is a valid and not racist point. Actually people started associating the big-bootied mummies on her tour to the 'black people stereotype' and criticizing her, so that's what she's referring to - she's saying we have people like Kim and Coco with voluptuous derrières and that's due to plastic surgery, and nothing to do with racial stereotypes. It doesn't mean that she herself is being racist in this instance. So much Katy talk. Let's name this forum KatyDaily for a bit Totally agree.
