More than 1 significant/original character should die in the finale. I think the last time we lost more than 1 major character in 1 episode was either season 4 with Hershel and the governor or season 3 with t dog and Laurie.

I also a theory that Maggie may be 1 of them. I don't know the comics fully but I know Judith and Laurie were suppose to die in the prison, but what if the show switches it since they kept  Judith alive. Maybe that scene during the end of last week's episode, was the baby dying in Maggie and starting to eat it's way out.

In the episode where her and carol are held captive, Maggie said she was only 2 months, but that's the point when the baby's nerves, organs, and muscles start working as well as cognitive development starts. So isn't too much of a reach.

That would be a horrifying scene if it actually happen

I know but I'd love them for doing it (even though I love Maggie) and fans and critics would commend TWD for doing something like that. A lot of the cast members keep saying they believe this may be the best episode of the series so far and a scene like that would definitely help to make it the best episode besides the Negan and Savior plots.

Omg, how clever of you!!  I never would have thought of that, but that is very, very plausible.  The minute you said it though, it brought my mind immediately to Alien:smh:

Someone above mentioned Abraham dying, yes, I think that is quite likely too.  Especially since they have changed his character a bit to make him start thinking about relationships, the future, and he was killed off in the comics a few shows ago.

Thanks, yeah that would be very Alien like. Even though Maggie is plausible, I am iffy on if they'd give her kinda old look back, just to kill her off the next episode.

For the fun of it, I'm thinking the following characters may be done: Glenn, Gabriel, Tara, Rosita and Abraham. I have no solid basis for these picks so don't quote me....phil_15.gif

"It's probably the best final moment of a season we've ever had," executive producer Robert Kirkman told The Hollywood Reporter. "It's entirely possible there's going to be a painful summer for 'Walking Dead' fans."

So there's your confirmation about the "cliffhanger" ending puke.gifpuke.gif

Apparently they've added an extra 3 minutes to the full episode that was not sent to press screenings...interesting :udidnt:

I thought the cast was being overly dramatic when they said they felt ill filming this finale, but it's true.  I don't know if I've ever felt so sick watching a TV show.  I almost had to turn it off.  The tension really ramps up.

I won't spoil it, because I know most of you watch it later than when it first airs.

I liked the finale, even with the cliffhanger (it sounded like it might have been Carl), but I'm kinda disappointed as well.

I feel like this finale could lose the show more viewers b/c of plot but at the same attract viewers to the season 7 premiere and season 7 in general b/c of the answered questions and potential plots.

I like the finale, but I hate the cliffhanger

the last 15 minutes gave me uneasy feeling, that's how good and intense the scene was

now can we sleep and wake up on October the next day?

The cliffhanger was a bad move, people already starting to find a clue and speculate about who gets lucilled

The victim name is going to leak when they start shooting for season 7

Besides knowing who got Lucilled we also need to see who is the mole in Alexandria.  The Saviors knew to take down Denise - their doctor -  and also knew they had to create an immediate, serious reason (Maggie's illness) to travel to the Hilltop.  I suppose it will be Enid, but you never know.....

I like Maggie, but I really can't imagine everyone risking their lives to take her to the Hilltop and to leave Alexandria under defended.
