Aight I know everybody can't make a new thread for there thoughts on the artRAVE, however I've been to every tour of Lady Gaga and hundreds of other legends including Cher, Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, Katy Perry and yes ...4 times at Madonna. So here's my opinion of Lady Gaga's artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball. ........

When I walked out of The Monster Ball way back when (lol), I felt invincible. Who was that woman and what was that fire? She was onto something. When I walked out of The Born This Way Ball, I did have tears in my eyes because she just gave me some pop church. I was moved. I'm hooked. But when I walked out of artRAVE, I was laughing.

First, I was moved.

Second, I cried.

Third, I'm laughing.

Lady Gaga's artRAVE The ARTPOP Ball isn't just fun. It's the epitome of fun. It's what fun saw was fun so it called itself fun. There's no better show on the planet right now. None. None! But here's why.....

It's a celebration. It's a screw you and thank you to everything you are, have been through, may go through, etc. It's the ONE time where nothing else matters. It's a celebration of self, a celebration of colors, art, music, fashion, dance and is done so in such an interactive way that YOU are THE show! YOU are the RAVE. And man did we rave! It all made sense to me last night in Dallas standing besides people dressed as...family. We were family for one night in time and now forever. Yes, it's that good. ARTPOP the album made more sense to me. It's not an album. It's a movement. And before you go all "well he's just on that after show high" thing....what's the point if ya don't take something home with ya? artRAVE The ARTPOP Ball is a dazzling relentless nonstop fast paced piece of pop art church you'll never forget. It's a shimmering spray of newfound colors to a dried out palette. It's hopeful, it's grateful, it's insanely fun and it's beautiful. Don't judge it. Don't judge off videos and pics because I promise it's so much more. Ill never forget the energy of last night. Perhaps the best part of my personal experience last night in Dallas was being able to see for myself that Gaga looks better than ever, sounds better than ever and is happier than ever. You could see it, sense it, hear it and man oh man could you FEEL it. Our lady is far from over. This tour is the tour you want to see.

SO RIGHT !

I've been to many shows in my life and all the Gaga show. But the artRave is BY FAR THE BEST TIME OF MY LIFE IN A CONCERT.

This is more than a visual show. You cannot judge on the props, the outfit, the playlist. The best part of the show is just being there. It's so awesome seeing your idols 2 feets aways from you, dancing your ass off while everyone of all age, genre, style dance together.

The MB had a great flow.

The BTW had mindblowing visuals.

But nothing come close to the artRave. The energy at this show is just totally incredible, thanks to Gaga and the stage. She succeed making you feel at home, at a giant party. You truly feel connected to her.

:legend:

For example. Coldplay live is something quite amazing. They have those big floating balloons, tons of confetti, and they give you those amazing bracelet that lit up automatically when the show starts. This is nice, the show is nice and I had a great time.

But nothing compares to the energy and emotional connection people had during the artRave.

I'm talking beyond the props, setlist and outfit. I'm talking about the big family feel that floats around the arena while Gaga talks and the absence of judgement, the connection between the fans and the pure energy that comes out of it. It really was that amazing.

:flutter:

It truly was a much bigger show than I expected. Meaning...there was true magic in it. You could FEEL the love. It was all just a big fast love party! Everything makes sense when you see it but even a DVD can't recreate that. I'm just glad I will always know what artRAVE felt like. There's no better feeling.

What's funny is...people wanna say this is her flop tour. People were worried about Dallas. Dallas came OUT! Don't worry about Dallas! This show SLAYED. And hard. My favorite tour yet. Oh and no shade but I gave MDNA 3 stars of 5.

Katy Perry? a legend? :rip:

She's no legend. I was dragged to that "show". It solidified her nothingness to my attractions. But ya know, everybody's a "legend" now so I had to speak to the entire demographic. Lol

TBH I've never seen a crowd so intense as the artRave crowd. Everyone, fans, non-fans, young and old people were standing up the whole time.

Agree. I paid crazy attention last night and what I found was diversity that intrigued me. There were many people in the lower 100's sections that were older couples. Straight. Probably in their 60's! Then you'd see the raver boys who were so cute, the straight girls who came out dressed up like BOSSES!!!! Black. White. Mexican. Korean. Straight. Gay. Old. Young. Bi. Middle Age. In my line of pop culture study, I've yet to find another artist that can bring that crowd and have them all smile at the same time. Unity. That's artRAVE.

I'm so desperate that my show won't have catwalks...

Don't worry about catwalks. There IS no worry. Just rave. She will see you. Xo.
