Yes it is a decline in her sales, but at least it sold the minimum to not be counted as a flop, which is gold. And gold in this age of illegal download is a lot. ARTPOP is what it is and it's what Gaga wanted. Some like it some hate it. The album flopped for Gaga's standarts but not as a Pop album. We still love the album.
