Variety: Gaga among least admired celebrities by gays

It's a biased poll, I don't believe they could pick their second favourites or sort them on a scale etc

For example, I would say Ellen is more admirable but Gaga would be my second choice

If it was a poll of any integrity they wouldn't reveal their lowest scorers and would allow a more fair way of selecting.

Johnny Depp? Last time he was hot I probably was still in the 1st grade. :toofunny: That survey probably was taken by some old queens that used to stan for Madonna in her prime. :derpga:

Now I don't get this poll on a second thought. Was Gaga selected as someone the gays don't like or is she just 6th on the list?

3000 gays? Yeah fine, but where are they from? What age are they?

If the entire community took part in this survey I know for a fact Gaga wouldn't be in the bottom, she wouldn't but in the top, but I think the Monster community makes up a good portion of the gay community :awkney:

Still.

UNGRATEFUL MOTHERFU*KERS  :grr: SHOULD EXILE YOU TO RUSSIA AND STUFF YOU INTO PUTIN'S CLOSET  :grr:

The survey was only 3000 people  I'm sure Gaga's helped way more than 3000 LGBT people over the past 5 years

I thought Gaga is the Queen of this generation of gays and Madonna is the Queen of the older generation of gays. What does Angelina Jolie, Oprah, Johnny Depp and Sandra Bullock have to do with the gays? Nothing against them, but I don't get it. :awkney:

Carrie Bradshaw

All major celebrities that are openly gay/straight allies serve as a voice for the LGBT community, especially for the youth, as well as encouraging visibility. Ellen and her story serve as a beacon of hope for LGBT kids, as well as for young girls showing them that you can be whatever you want to be and be wildly successful while still staying true to yourself. On top of that, she is a very vocal supporter and advocate for LGBT rights and social equality.

Being one of the most famous gay people IN THE WORLD, it is a little ignorant to say that Ellen doesn't do anything for the community.  :ohwell:

She might be influential in the USA but I really doubt she's relevant to the rest of the world.
