Because of the ratings slump, they're pulling episodes from the schedule. Instead of two, we're only getting one episode this Friday, and episodes from the following two weeks have been cut entirely. At this current moment in time, we don't know how they'll give us the last 5 eps of this season, or the next (which is already in production, I believe).

Well I doubt they have much choice. If they ratings are really that bad, they're probably forced to pull it because something else is taking priority. At least they have the decency to put it up online.

ikr although airbending seems to be really easy I mean Korra airbended out of nowhere at the end of Book 1 so

Nick really screwed up this season. With the episode leaks and the rush to air it (at a terrible time slot as well), and then airing 2 episodes a week?!?! No wonder the ratings were bad. I'm really enjoying this season and I will continue to support the show. They have already ordered a fourth season but I feel that may be it's last.
