Add to all the flop that the song is basic as well and you get the answer. It has no chance. Imo even Venus or Dope (the promotional singles) would have more cfhances than GUY for a nomination. This proves how over the years, the Grammy Awards are being more success oriented rather than quality oriented. ARTPOP won't win anything, I'm afraif...the album is just not Grammy-worthy! I fear Katy will win her first one If ARTPOP isn't Grammy worthy, then PRISM DEFINITELY isn't as well. This is true. Let's be honest though, GUY song and video were made for only one reason, to smash. A very catchy and generic song for Gaga standarts with the most visually appealing video Gaga had made since PokerFace. Everything screamed " the generic dance hit of the album" and now that it flopped it seems even worse and less interesting than another flop likee MTN. MTN flopped as well but everybody knew that both the song and the video were not something easily acceptable from the masses and so even if it flopped the song still stands on it's own in Gaga's singles discography because it was not a smash waiting to happen. GUY one the other hand is the kind of song that was made for one reason, to smash, the same as the video and this makes it even worse now. The song has completely faded in my eyes. I fear Katy will win her first one dont think so she didnt win anything for roar and she doesnt stand a chance againts beyonce i mean just listen katy's singing and then beyonce's I think that ARTPOP will maybe get 2 or 3 nominations(IDK about winning xDD) but defenetly not for aoty and i am disapointed if they chose winner just because of the selling's i think winning album shoul be chosen by quality of it.........and also i think that c2c has more chance for winning than ARTPOP I've got an "F" and a "C" and I got a "K" too And the only thing that is missing is a bitch like "U" Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
