When the label dropped her, she decided to call them out on this specific topic, but also on how they let her down. The song also has other meanings, but it depends on how you interpret the lyrics :) And what is your meaning for this song? Though some people think it's about her love deceptions, her ideal lover, or just a way to explain that The Fame is not some generic stuff, but a way to express her artistic mind.
